Due to the unprecedented number of homeless households occupying temporary accommodation at the present time, NBBC will be temporarily suspending allocations of void council properties for a period of up to, and no longer than 3 months,with effect from Wednesday 19th June 2024. Only properties that cannot be directly matched to a homeless household occupying temporary accommodation will continue to be placed on advert, along with any available Housing Association properties which will remain available to waiting list applicants. We know this will cause an inconvenience to some of our residents and we apologise for this however normal service will be resumed as soon as possible, or by the 20th September 2024at the latest.
